This final pledge gives us a concrete number. Currently we have an estimation. This gives us something specific that will inform if we take the next step.

Every pledge matters. If the project moves forward, formal agreements will come with plain-English explanations and proper legal advice — well before any commitment is asked of you. No money changes hands here.

1 — Membership

Co-operative membership — one vote, co-ownership if the project proceeds. The membership pledge tier is $500; anything above $500 here is treated as an additional donation.

2 — Donation

A gift to the project — no strings, no debt, no obligation. Donations give the co-operative maximum flexibility. Who knows — you might get a seat at the bar named after you.

We are currently seeking DGR status via an auspice arrangement — not yet confirmed.

3 — Community Loan

A loan to the co-operative, repaid over time. Loans help bridge the gap between membership funds and the purchase price. Rate and terms will be set by formal agreement once the co-operative is established — what you enter here is a preference to help us understand what's possible.
